Chi Rho Gathering 10/29/23 12:30pm

The next Chi-Rho (5-8 grade) meeting will take place at Hiram Christian Church on Sunday, October 29 @ 12:30pm. 

The Hiram Christian Church will be hosting a haunted sanctuary on Hiram’s trick-or-treat, and so we’re invited to be a part of the decoration and transformation of the space. We’ll take part in a pumpkin carving @ 12:30pm, and then help with setting up the decorations of the sanctuary, and that will prepare us well for a conversation on sacred space: what is it and what can it become? Where is it (or perhaps, where isn’t it)? And how can it shape us?  

We’re blessed to share a great deal of sacred spaces within our communities here – sanctuaries, landscape, home, etc, – and I’m looking forward to what they see in and have to offer to them.
