Welcome everyone to this time to rest and pause in the midst of the world swirling around us.  We pause to listen for a word from God in our lives, and to become more aware of God’s presence around us.   We come as people opening ourselves to God’s love and peace, to take a moment to breathe in… and out…and be with God.  Today we contemplate Equity -- in the church, in our community, and in the world.  To lament and repent of the ways we’ve fallen short of Jesus’ call and example.   To hear God’s call for ALL to be known and loved.
