Pastor Parade!
Showering our pastor and family with our love and gratitude!
Church Family,
As I told someone yesterday after the parade… I don’t know what a party looks like during a pandemic… but I think we just experienced it!
Yesterday, there was a stream of cars, honks, signs, and gifts that we experienced as a great big “hug” from our church family. We were surprised and blessed by all those present and all those that hoped to be but couldn’t. We definitely felt the love over here and can’t thank you enough for all the support for our hearts, minds, and stomachs! 🙂
While this situation is not how many of us would want it, we have made true with our words, actions, virtual presence, worship, generosity, camaraderie, compassion, prayer, and fellowship that the church–indeed–isn’t just a building. We are the church together and with God’s help and our determination we can continue to make something new together.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU and God bless you and our Mantua Center Christian Church family!
Check out the attached video for a short snippet of the fun!
Peace in Christ,
Chad, Christin, C.J., Josh, and Avery (and Macy).
