MCCC Church Family,

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and I pray you all are staying healthy and well.  It has been 16 long weeks since we’ve been together “in the house” and I know this has been a challenge on many levels!  Our world, our nation, our churches have had to make difficult decisions, address tough topics, and deal with the grief of our “apart-ness.”  I pray that you might extend grace to yourself, to your family, to your church leaders, to your whole community as we navigate this time together.  We need each other now more than ever.  

Please remember that if you have issues, concerns, excitement, or joys about what is happening in worship or in our church…I do want to hear from you.  We are going to be “being church” this way for longer than expected so we want to keep the lines of communication open.  Thank you for being you and seeking to live out “Open Minds, Open Hearts, Open Arms to live and love like Jesus”…in the best way we can! 

Hiram/Mantua Center Worship this Sunday at 10:00am

This Sunday we will begin our time of worship and fellowship with the Hiram Christian Church.  Later in the week we will be sending out the Zoom Invitation and the YouTube link for worship.  I hope you decide to join us on Sunday morning Zoom, but if not, I pray God’s blessing upon you as you experience the worship service at the time that works best for you! 

MCCC Gathering Team Update

Our MCCC Gathering Team made their long and short-term recommendations to the Board on Sunday.  I’ve attached the document to this email.  For the “long-term” we have no plans to reconvene for worship given the state of the virus in our state and country.  We want to keep everyone safe!  In the short-term we provide some guidance for small-group opportunities.  Let me know if you would like to lead one and what your interests might be.  

Camp Christian is FREE Online!

Worship Doc and Congratulations to Emma Slideshow

This past Sunday we celebrated New Beginnings and the graduation of one of our High School seniors–Emma Magyarics.  Please check it out and send on to those who may have interest.

Zoom Opportunities

At MCCC we have Wednesday Prayer, Anti-Racism Study, and MCCC Kid’s Call (see sign-in info below)as opportunities to gather together. If you would like to gather separately for prayer or conversation (individually or small group), please be in touch with me.  
– Wednesday Prayer at 2:00pm.  
– Wednesday Anti-Racism Study – Evening 6:30-7:30pm 
– MCCC Kid’s Call on Thurs at 7:00pm.  Activity and a Story!  Feel free to invite friends and family to join us.
