Life Study Coming…

As my Sabbatical rest approaches I want to offer a Life Study on worship leading and preaching that all are welcome to attend. Over the years, you may have been asked to be a Worship Leader or Preacher at MCCC and this gives a chance to do a little reflecting and workshopping on the subjects. Leading in worship invites you to undertake a spiritual discipline of prayer and study and usually the experience is a powerful one.  

In this workshop we will: 

– Explore theological, biblical, and practical elements of preaching

– Provide you with resources for deeper biblical study/reflection

– Hear sermons from Fred Craddock and Barbara Brown Taylor

I would love to spend this time with you whether you plan on preaching/leading in worship or not! Wednesday evenings on April 19 & 26th from 7:00-8:30pm. (NO Wednesday evening study on April 12).
