A Message & Updates from Pastor Chad
Re-Centering Update
In early November we had a successful event at the church to listen for feedback and brainstorm ideas in regards to our priorities for the coming year. At this Re-Centering Event we discussed the priorities of Welcome, Connection, Community, and Care and heard many thoughts and ideas. Since then, our board chairs and facilitators have met thrice to discuss the results and to find an avenue to share them with the whole congregation. We are presenting some of the findings to the Board this Sunday and then we’ll move to the next steps of getting more feedback and implementing ideas from the whole congregation. We look forward to sharing this with you more completely on Sunday, February 12th in a similar fashion as last time.
Please be thinking and praying about how you feel God is calling you to participate in these priorities moving forward! Stay tuned!

Worship
In worship this Sunday we will look at a passage from the Apostle Paul to his mentee Timothy in 2 Timothy 1. Paul is clearly trying to encourage Timothy through a difficult time and reminds him to rekindle his faith. How do we keep our faith going through difficult times? There are many answers to that question, but we will hear what in particular we can learn from the passage.
I very much look forward to being with you in worship Sunday and have a great weekend!
Peace in Christ,
Chad
