Kids Weekend Meals is a ministry of Mantua Center Christian Church.  The 2023 Thanksgiving Plunge is in memory of Pastor Len Malotte!!

Our Turkey Jump is fun, energizing, and benefits a worthy cause in our community.  Gather your “peeps,” for a team, gather donations for KWM and JUMP! Come on, it’s a great time!  Freezin’ for a reason!

Now Why a Fundraiser for KWM? Through July, we have already spent $14,000 for food feeding 185 kids in 80 families.  This breaks down to $2,000 per month or $12 per child, per month.  When the 2022-2023 school year is over, we will have spent $30,000.  Please note, we are self-funded and none of our volunteers are compensated!

Kids Weekend Meals has been in existence since 2015, so this is the beginning of our 9^th year.  We feed kids, the same meals that the Federal Government provides through the Crestwood School system during each week; in other words, breakfasts, lunches, and snacks for all the children in the household.  All of our meals are delivered every two weeks, providing enough food for EACH week.  We deliver all year round.
