MCCC Announcements June 7th, 2026
- Avery Delaney has graduated from High School! MCCC is invited to join in her graduation celebration. Come hungry, we look forward to spending time with you! - “4th for the 4C’s” (Crestwood Coalition for Community Care) will collect needed items on June 28th. Items needed for June are: Kids Cracker Packs, Mac & Cheese cups, Toothpaste, and Pasta noodles We also collect for the Free Clothing and Diaper Giveaway that day. Items needed are: Diapers sizes, 2, 4, 5, & 6, Baby Wipes, and ONLY 15 gal. trash Bags. (No more Black bags are needed!) Thanks for your support. We now have bins at the back of the church to collect items at any time so bring them in!!
- Attention Hilltop Knitters! Our next meeting at Hilltop Church will be on Monday, June 15th. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, from 1:30-3pm. All are welcome!
- Chi-Rho will meet on June 7th in the afternoon at the McCreights for a potential of pool party!!** Stay tuned for details!
- The next Kids Weekend Meals workdays are: by Tues. June 16th all bread deliveries must be in, June 17th for packing bags, and June 18th for delivering bags. Thanks to all the many volunteers who help make this mission possible! You are a blessing!
- “Cans for Kids” supports Kids Weekend Meals. Our next collection date is June 14th. Items needed are: Tuna or Hamburger Helper, Wrapped Snacks or Treat items, and Mac & Cheese cups. We collect regularly on the 2nd Sunday of each month, but you may also bring your items any time and place them in the designated bins at the back of the church!
- Every Wednesday we have Dwelling in the Word from 1:15-2:30pm, then in the evening from 6:30-8:00pm we have Life Study with the topic of aging. Come and join us for great conversations!
- Save your can tabs (from soup, pop, pet food, etc). The collection jar is located on the lower-level entrance window. The proceeds will benefit research for NFS (Neurofibromatosis) – a genetic disorder that causes tumors to form in the brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Thanks to Mike & Pat Hoskin for raising awareness!
