Celebrating a Legacy of Love & Service

Today is an emotional day for many in our congregation. There is joy for the new venture that Chad is embarking on, but there is also sadness because he has been such a constant leader/teacher/preacher/friend for so many years.
This is a time of big changes for us and for the Delaney family. As I mentioned in my meditation last Sunday, every ending brings a new beginning. But . . . “The amazing thing about Mantua Center Christian Church is that in times like this, we often find ourselves reaching out more to each other, and even to God. By encouraging each other we become a greater source of strength and support for one another as we navigate the “unknown.” I have faith that both our congregation and the Delaney’s will push forward and become stronger with God’s help. As stated in Luke 1:37, “For nothing will be impossible with God.” May we keep God in the forefront always while we keep each other in our Open Minds, Open Hearts, and Open Arms. May it be so. Amen.
